SHIPPING HOURS & PROCESSING TIMES

Cool Coins & Notes processes orders Monday - Friday with a cut-off time for same-day shipping, using USPS at 12:00 pm and FedEx before 2:00 pm (PST)
Orders placed outside these processing hours - such as weekends or holidays - will be scheduled to ship the next business day. Shipping or processing delays may occur during promotional periods or holidays.

 

TRACKING

Once the label for your order is created, your tracking number will be sent automatically to the e-mail associated with your order. Please Note: Your tracking details may take up to 24 hours to show in transit. 

 

Promotional note sales with free shipping and a value of less than $5 will be shipped standard mail without tracking.

 

SHIPPING TERMS

Once we receive your order, our Shipping Team will begin working on your order right away. If you notice a discrepancy in your shipping details, please alert us immediately emailing us at info@coolcoinsandnotes.com. Once an order is shipped, we cannot make any changes to the order. If you wish to combine two or more separate orders, contact us at info@coolcoinsandnotes.com. We do not combine orders automatically. If an order is returned to Cool Coins & Notes due to a wrong, insufficient, misspelled address, or other shipping information errors, Cool Coins & Notes will offer a resolution for the undelivered order. The buyer is responsible for all reshipment costs. If a customer cannot be reached after the 3rd attempt, Cool Coins & Notes will process the order as a return and refund the purchase price.

Conditions:

• This 30-Day Return Policy applies to item(s) purchased directly on coolcoinsandnotes.com or phone orders placed with a Cool Coins & Notes Service Specialist. 

• This 30-Day return period begins the day the order was delivered to the “Ship To” address on your Cool Coins & Notes Order. (The delivery date is confirmed by the Cool Coins & Notes provided tracking number associated to your order)

• A Return Authorization (RA) Number is required for all returns. Return Authorization Numbers are obtained by contacting our customer service team directly via Email: info@coolcoinsandnotes.com or by Phone: +1 205-247-6154. 

• Return items must be shipped within 15 days of issuance of your Return Authorization unless otherwise arranged.

• Items must be returned in their original condition. If there are issues with your order, such as damage of any kind, wrong items received, missing items, or other unsatisfactory conditions, the buyer is responsible for alerting Cool Coins & Notes within 10 days of order delivery. Cool Coins & Notes will require photos of the item(s) before authorizing a solution. 

• THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING COSTS. We find that USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class mail is usually the least expensive shipping method. Refunds apply to the purchase price of the product and applicable state sales tax only. Original shipping costs are not refunded. 

• Please make sure to repackage your order properly, Cool Coins & Notes will not be responsible for any shipping damages that accrue in transit. 

• For international returns only; if an order is returned due to a refused delivery or import/customs charges, a $25 restocking fee will be applied to the refund amount.
